It’s finally that time of year, cozying up the fire, embracing cozy sweaters and scarfs. In awe of all the splendid colors on the trees, plus it’s time to harvest some apples. We love Autumn, and all the good food that goes with it. Which reminds me, your here for a fun, and delicious fruit salad, that we like to call Fluff.  Hopefully you ordered Nutless Life’s November Box which included European Gourmet Organics Butterscotch Pudding Mix.

Servings: 6-8


3 Apples

8oz Crushed Pineapple, drained

8oz Cool Whip, Thawed

3.5 oz Butterscotch Pudding Dry Mix

1 tsp Cinnamon (plus extra for garnish)

1 tbsp Brown Sugar (Optional)

2 Cups Mini Marshmallows (plus extra for garnish)

1 Cup Chopped Pretzels (plus extra for garnish)


  1. Mix together apples, pineapple, cool whip, pudding mix, cinnamon, brown sugar (optional), and mini marshmallows until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Mix in chopped pretzels after refrigeration, so they stay crunchy. Save a little extra for garnish on the top,
  4. Top with any extra marshmallows, and or sprinkled cinnamon for a pretty touch.
